Through formal, on-the-job, and effective coaching and mentoring we strive to provide the necessary tools for all employees and Trade Partners play an active role in developing and maintaining a safe and healthy worksite.

Great Northern Plumbing understands the importance of measuring Leading and Lagging Indicators and the role each play in ensuring the health and safety of all employees. The primary focus of our Health and Safety Program is to be proactive in hazard identification and mitigation to reduce the impact workplace hazards have on our projects.
We have migrated our safety reporting to an application based system which provides each employee with the resources and documents to ensure immediate responses to hazard identification and mitigation, plan upcoming work, track and implement corrective actions, and administer the health and safety program.
