Who we are . . .

With roots dating back to 1978, Great Northern Plumbing has proudly remained a family-owned and operated mechanical contracting company, located in Calgary. Over this time, we have garnered a reputation as a well-respected, reliable and highly-qualified partner in the construction process.

We have extensive experience with a wide scope of work; from new innovative projects, through to major commercial, light industrial, renovations and the restoration of historical sites.  We are one of a handful of mechanical contractors with clearance as a Category I Contractor, with Alberta Health Services. We also demonstrate our expertise in design build projects which include; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, building control systems, sprinklers, mechanical insulation, preventative maintenance and site services.

We are committed to adhering to all applicable municipal, provincial and federal codes and laws. Our outstanding business and safety practices are recognized by the Alberta Construction Safety Association and Work Safe Alberta.
